Job Evaluation & Classification
With our system, jobs are systematically and carefully weighed on a total of 8 criteria and 16 dimensions. After rating, the jobs in the organization are classified into salary groups.
Performance Appraisal Tool
The JobW8 ® system incorporates an easy-to-use Performance Appraisal Tool. Performance Appraisal is done based on a combination of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and Competencies needed for the job.
